What is Coaching and how can it help me?

As a Mindset and Positive Psychology coach, I provide a confidential, non-judgemental, and safe space for you to explore your current challenges. We work collaboratively to find the right path for you and to identify practical solutions. Together we set realistic and achievable goals to help you move forward and live a life that is more congruent with your deeply held values.

  • generate new ideas,

  • transition and grow from your current challenge(s),

  • develop greater awareness of yourself and others,

  • develop your confidence, resilience and overall well-being,

  • make lasting, sustainable changes,

Through our coaching conversations, I will challenge your thinking where it might be stuck. By asking powerful and empowering questions, I will provide support and facilitate a safe space for self-reflection and fresh perspective. And the best thing about it all? I provide accountability for your plans.

Remember that time you really wanted to do something, and you knew it would make you feel better, but you still didn’t do it?

 

Well, these are limiting beliefs. Every single one of us has limiting self-beliefs; they stop us from becoming who we really want to be and stop us from gaining what we really want in life. Our beliefs shape our lives by the decisions we make and the actions we take; We become trapped in this cycle, leaving us feeling stuck.

As a mindset coach, I will help you to become aware of these beliefs and mental blocks that are stopping you from being happy and achieving what you want in life. And together we will re-write these limiting self-beliefs and create new habits that serve you.
