Hi, I'm Minal

I am a Mindset and Positive Psychology Coach. I have a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and am trained as a Mindfulness and Meditation teacher.

I empower professionals to overcome negative thinking and self-sabotage, and help them to become confident, resilient leaders and managers. I also help to support the general psychological wellbeing of individuals, helping them live their best lives.

What is Positive Psychology Coaching? 

“Positive psychology is the scientific study of what makes life most worth living” (Peterson, 2008). 

With the aim of helping people to flourish and thrive in their lives, positive psychology focuses on:

  • drawing upon positive experiences, such as life events that inspire us, and cause us to be happy. 

  • positive states of being such as confident, resilient and grateful. 

  • applying positive concepts in the organisations and in the workplace. 

Coaching is a confidential space where an individual or a group of individuals can explore current challenges with their coach.  Positive Psychology coaching is about 'Unlocking a person’s potential to maximize their performance '. (Whitmore, 2002). 

With the use of evidence-based positive psychology and coaching psychology tools and approaches, I support an individual's personal and professional development.
